About

Peter is a manager, planner and urban designer with particular expertise in master planning, space programming, and urban design. He has 36 years of experience with a focus on campus master plans for a range of institutions from Middlebury College to Singapore University of Technology and Design, winner of a SCUP 2011 Honor Award.  As a department leader at UMass Lowell for the past 11 years, Peter directs a team of planners and technology specialists to support the 150-acres, 5 million square foot campus.
